Zoppola (PN), 22 June 2026 – On Tuesday 23rd June at 8:40, Sky Arte is broadcastingthe premiere of the documentary “Marrone Custom Cooking – Incontri in cucina”, dedicated to the Friulian company located inZoppola (Pordenone), international leader in the design and manufacture of fully bespoke professional cooking monoblocks for high-end restaurants and hotels, and prestigious private residences all over the world. A family story which has grown into an international symbol of excellence. At the heart of the story, the meeting between Sir Ron Dennis, multi-starred Chef Enrico Bartolini and Marrone’s CEO Marco Pujatti, in the spectacular kitchen realised by Marrone in the English residence of McLaren’s former chairman. An encounter between crackerjacks of the respective fields, who come together for an informal lunch and tell about the values they share: the pursuit of top-level performance; the ability to push beyond one’s limits, with extreme precision, attention to detail and aesthetics; the importance of family and the work team; and the authentic passion for what they do every day.

Through the lens of director Michele Mally, the documentary brings the audience inside Saxum Essentia, the "tailor made" professional kitchen designed by Ron Dennis’s Lavendo Developments team, and manufactured by Marrone in collaboration with Margraf company for the marble components. A unique and out-of-the-ordinary project, conceived for a private customer who is aknowledged ambassador of values such as “attention to detail” and “constant search for innovation, perfection and excellence”.

Around the hobs of this exceptional kitchen, Enrico Bartolini smoothly moves: Italy’s most starred chef and one of the most prominent on the international scene – with 14 stars in his palmarès – preparesone of his most iconic dishes and shares his vision of haute cuisine, also through the point of view of his most closest collaborators at Mudec – the Museum of Cultures in Milan, where he runs his three-Michelin-starredrestaurant.

During a lunch amongst friends, an authentic dialogue emergesbetween those competing at the very highest levels in high technology, those working in haute cuisine, and those who design and manufacture equipment for the world’s finest food service professionals: all united by a constant pursuit of excellence.

«At today’s meeting, Isensed a huge mental affinity», Marco Pujatti highlights. «I see Ron and Enrico as people who, for me, are an absolute inspiration: people who focus on nothing but perfection and quality».

But the documentary is also the story ofa deeply moving entrepreneurial journey. Alongside the company’s innovation, design expertise and international outlook, the film pays tribute to Armando Pujatti, founder of Marrone and father of Marco, who passed away prematurely, yet whose vision continues to guide the company to this day. What emerges is aportrait of a company that has managed to preserve the spirit of a close-knit family, transforming passion, expertise and relationships into a globally recognised legacy.

"Marrone Custom Cooking – Incontri incucina" explores how innovation arises from the encounter between different people, ideas, and skills. A simple and immediate narrative that shows, without artifice, the value of human relationships behind extraordinary projects and the ability of an Italian company to engage with some of the most authoritative figures on the international scene.

For Marrone, the documentary represents an important opportunity to share its identity with the public: a company that supports professionals and clients in the creation of unique, tailor-made solutions, striving for the highest quality, becoming a partner to those who don't settle for the ordinary.
