Marrone was founded in 1978 in Fiume Veneto, in the north of Italy.

From its early years, the company focused on the development of fully customised cooking systems, working closely with chefs and professionals to refine its technical approach.

In 2008, a change in ownership marked the beginning of a new phase of growth, with the development of an international distribution network and a structured industrial organisation.
