Tetsuya offers a tasting menu based on the Japanese philosophy of using natural seasonal aromas, enriched with elements taken from the most classic French traditions and using fresh ingredients.
In recent years, this venue has received numerous awards: beyond occupying the 60th position in the world’s top 100 restaurants – Elite Traveler Magazine, it has also received numerous chef hats from both the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide and Australia good Food & Travel Guide.
