For the BorroTuscan Bistro, Marrone created a unique tailor-made product: a fabulous open kitchen, placed in the center of the room, representing the restaurant’s eye-catching element.
The cooking block was customized to satisfy the client’s precise instructions: great attention has been paid to sustainability and savings, thus opting for induction hobs, which allow Chef Andrea Campani to work with utmost professionalism but with lower environmental impact .
