The restaurant’s kitchen is incredibly spacious: it features a large Marrone cooking block which allows great flexibility.
This highly complex project is tailor-made and includes all the functions and technologies required by the chefs. Furthermore, the cooking block has been customized with the hotel’s logo imprinted on the steel.
