Once again Marrone designed and manufactured a custom kitchen for Four Seasons: this time in Greece, with the effective support of Xenex, its local partner.
The project includes two impressive wall cooking stations, about 6 meters long, equipped with one robata charcoal grills, one tempura fryer, two deep fryer, one frytop with three zone, two induction plates with six cooking zones, six gas burners (3 are 6 kw power, 3 are 8 kw power) a large electric static oven and a salamander.
Other functions are included in the cooking island, which completes the project: a square and compact station (about 2 meters by 2) featuring a custom robata charcoal grill 800 x 900 mm with 4 independent grids and dedicated resting areas.
The island encompass also two built-in cutting boards and ingredients containers flushed into the worktop.
The kitchen blocks blends harmonically with the space, following the design intent of the interior designer of the project, thanks also to the specified exterior finishing: an antique bronze from the MPatinae collection for one of the units and brushed stainless steel for the other two suite.
