Delicious seafood cuisine, family-style hospitality and a very special setting: this is the Casaburlina restaurant in the beautiful harbour of Caorle.
Here, the nearby lapping of fishing boats exudes the authentic charm of this colourful seaside town, which began as a simple fishing village and has grown over time to become one of the Veneto coast’s most popular tourist attractions.
In the Burlina brothers’ new concept, every detail is attended to with passion, telling stories of local and international gastronomic adventures. But it is in the heart of the restaurant that the gourmet show of the chefs at work comes to life: in the inviting open kitchen designed by Marrone and MD Frigoservice.
The project was completely tailor-made and led to a complex and total reinterpretation of the space, thanks to the constant dialogue between chef, designer, consultant and manufacturer, in order to guide the customer towards the final layout most suited to his needs.
The result is a complete and functional central cooking monobloc, as red as a stage curtain, where chefs skilfully shape dishes before the eyes of diners. All around, the preparation and refrigeration areas complete and optimise the dynamics of the operational flows, relying on the chromatic contrast of the steel finish.
