The hotel’s kitchen features a Marrone cooking block, installed with the collaboration of Ralf Gonnermann, the chef of Gasthaus Gonnermann who, knowing the potential of the cooking block, guided the chef of the Weender Hof in his new gastronomic performance, supporting him in the choice and use of the excellent cooking and preparation tools proposed by Marrone.
