The restaurant’s charming dining room is decorated in a neoclassical style, with English and Spanish influences. The cuisine is Franco-Belgian with some typical Nouvelle Cuisine elements.
The restaurant’s peculiarity, in addition to the renowned menu, is the kitchen composed of a cooking block crafted by Marrone. This is where chef Benny Devos, a lover of Giuseppe Verdi’s music, had one of his favorite compositions engraved on the tiles.
