The restaurant’s design as well as the dishes created by chef Javier Feixas, blend tradition and innovation, turning the holistic concept of the gastronomic experience into reality.
The tailor-made cooking block made by Marrone perfectly fits the beautiful open kitchen, perfectly completing the restaurant’s furnishing and appliances. A modern and contemporary design characterizes the cooking block while its colors recall the tones of wine. The block also shows a backlit logo of Señorio de Nevada.
